Everyone loves this classic dish! I add a dash of mustard to the sauce, sometimes a little bbq. Oooooo it's sooo good.
Ingredients:
½ cup minced onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 ½ lb ground beef
½ cup mushrooms
2-4 Tbsp Chili sauce or Catsup
Salt to taste
Dash of mustard or bbq sauce
Method:
1. Saute onion and green pepper in the butter until tender.
2. Add the meat, cook until lightly browned, stiffing with a fork.
3. Add mushrooms, chili sauce/catsup, and seasoning.
4. Cook uncovered for five minutes.
5. Serve on lightly toasted buns/bread
